Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu was born on 3 March 2000 and is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe 2021. Sandhu was previously crowned Miss Diva Universe 2021, and is the third player from India to win Miss Universe. Sandhu was born in Kohli village of Gurdaspur district of Punjab, close to Batala town, to parents Pritampal Singh Sandhu and Ravindra Kaur Sandhu. Sandhu started participating in competition as a teenager, winning titles like Miss Chandigarh 2017 and Miss Max Emerging Star India 2018.
